One coin from bag one, Two coins from bag 2 etc. No coins from bag 10. The units digit of the resultant weighing will identify the bag.
You put all of the bags on the scales, then take them off one at a time. As soon as the weight drops by 11g instead of 10g, then you know you’ve just picked up the bag you want.
